Frenship ISD Professional Learning

"The only thing worse than training your staff
and having them leave
is not training your staff and having them stay"
-Zig Ziglar

Frenship ISD invests time and resources to assure that all staff are highly qualified to do the job for which they were hired.  Training is an essential component of an employee's contract.
Frenship teachers' contracts specify that they are to teach children a minimum of 177 days and to engage in professional learning a minimum of ten days.
It is the goal of Frenship ISD that every employee receive high-quality, standards-based, on-going, job-embedded, and results-driven professional development opportunities.
