Troy Vanderburg is an Executive Vice President and Commercial Lender at Peoples Bank. Troy is currently serving on the Board of Directors for Fellowship of Christian Athletes as well as the City of Wolfforth TIF Board. Previous civic and volunteer commitments have included serving: the Frenship Foundation for Leadership Board of Directors, United Way Loaned Executive Program, City of Lubbock Appointment Advisory Board, Frenship Athletic Booster Club Commissioner and Leadership Lubbock Graduate.
Troy has been married to his wife, Rhonda for over 20 years. Rhonda is a Realtor at ReMax of Lubbock. Troy and Rhonda have three children - Jack who is a student at Texas Tech University; Annie who is a student at Oklahoma State University and Lillie who is a student at FHS.
One of the most rewarding experiences Troy has had while being a part of FISD has been seeing the people of Frenship come together in an effort to accomplish, or attempt to accomplish a goal - whether it be athletically, academically, or professionally.
"Frenship ISD has given so much to my family," Troy said about serving on the FISD Board of Trustees. "I want to serve to ensure that others are blessed by the District as my family and myself have been."
Troy’s hobbies include hunting, fishing, golf and attending the many activities in which his children are involved.
Kyle Rogers is employed at Gandy's Dairies in Lubbock and has been the organization's Key Account Manager for the past three years. He also is a Realtor with The Sellers Realty. He is married to Dana, a 1st grade teacher at Frenship's North Ridge Elementary.
The Rogers have two daughters - Lauren, a 2015 graduate of Frenship High School and Lynsey, an 8th grader at Terra Vista.
He currently serves on the South Plains Food Bank Board of Directors and is a member of the College Baseball Hall of Fame Board.
"I serve on this board because of the great community that is Frenship ISD," said Rogers. "Excellence is not just talked about, it is shown on a daily basis through our students and staff. There is no greater joy for me than when we recognize the accomplishments of our students and staff at the beginning of each board meeting."
Kyle has said that his most rewarding experiences while serving on the board has been to get to stand on stage at a Reese or FHS graduation ceremony and honor the students that have completed that chapter of their lives.

Greg’s civic and volunteer commitments involve:Current president of the Frenship Athletic Booster Club, served on the FrenshipYouth Baseball board for many years. Greg is a founding member of the Frenship Youth Football League, past president of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Association, past chairman of SPRCat Wolfforth United Methodist Church where he and Angela taught an adult Sunday school class for over 10 years
He has been married to his wife Angela for 29 years. She is a 5th grade teacher at Bennett. The two have sons – Matthew who attends Texas Tech Univeristy and Riley who attends FHS. The Robinsons are members of Wolfforth United Methodist Church. His hobbies include hunting, golfing, and attending their kids’ activities.

Kelley Grimes is currently the Vice President of Operations for Atmos Energy’s West Texas Division. Kelley received her BBA in Marketing from West Texas State University in 1987.
Her husband, Marvin owns and operates the Marvin Grimes Allstate Agency in Lubbock. Their son Dee is currently attending the United States Air Force Academy and their daughter, Drue, is a Senior at Frenship High School.
Kelley is involved in other civic and community organizations in conjunction with serving on the FISD Board of Trustees. She is currently serving on the Community Advisory Board for First Capital Bank of Texas as well as a member of the National Charity League.
"I serve on the board of trustees because I have always had a passion around education and local school district involvement," Grimes said. "My mother was an educator and my dad served on our local school board."
Kelley has said that one of the best experiences about serving FISD occurs at each monthly board meeting. She loves the recognitions that are given to students for their involvement in the district as well as their outstanding talents.

Jamey Phillips is a partner in the law firm Phillips & McLaren, LLP. She graduated with a BS in Agricultural Economics from Texas Tech University and earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Texas Tech School of Law.
Jamey has been involved in many civic and professional organizations in the Lubbock community during her professional career. She serves as a member and past chair of the Lubbock County Hospital District Board of Managers, the National College Baseball Hall of Fame Executive Committee and the Frenship Foundation for Leadership. She is also a past member of the Texas FFA Board of Directors and has served on the FISD Boards of PTA's for four different FISD campuses.
Jamey and her husband Ronald, University Counsel at Texas Tech, have been married 23 years and have 4 sons - Austin, who is a 9th grader at Frenship High School, Grant and Gavin, 6th graders at Terra Vista Middle School and Holden, a 3rd grader at Legacy Elementary.
